IRAN- New Report Confirms Iranian Nuclear Weapons Development

On Wednesday, February 20, at a press conference in Brussels Belgium, representatives of the Iranian resistance movement - National Council of Resistance of Iran ("NCRI") presented satellite images and other graphic evidence of a functioning Iranian defense ministry missile research site at Khojir on the southeastern edge of Tehran. The NCRI claimed the evidence, which included pictures of North Korean personnel being bussed daily to the site from a guest house, demonstrated that Iran was actively developing nuclear warheads that could be launched using their medium-range missiles. This new evidence refuted conclusions of the US National Intelligence Estimate that such activity stopped in 2003. It also preempted the February 22 report of Dr. Mohammed ElBaradei of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to the National Security Council ("NSC") which was expected to be vague and inconclusive to stall potential NSC sanctions.

Some reports speculated that the press conference was encouraged by the French and the Israelis who intend to keep pressure on Iran and possibly coordinate a military response.

LEBANON - Retaliation Against Israel With More Terrorism for Slaying of Imad Mughineyeh

The death in a car-bomb attack on February 12, 2008 of notorious terrorist Imad Mughineyeh in the suburbs of Damascus has led to escalating talk of Israel's destruction in revenge. Mughneyeh ran more terror fronts against America than Osama Bin Laden. He set up the insurgent networks in Iraq, was instrumental in organizing the Mehdi Army of Moqtada al-Sadr, establishing and running the Iranian intelligence network, and the Hizballah militia in the 2006 war with Israel. Gen. Hassam Firouz-Abadi, head of all Iranian armed forces, including the Revolutionary Guards, declared that Israel would soon be destroyed by the "strong arm of Hizballah Umah." He said: "Billions of people the world over will soon rejoice when they hear the news of the Zionist entity's destruction." Intelligence reports suggest that a special representative of the Revolutionary Guards, code named "Ramadan" has been dispatched to Lebanon to launch a series of terrorist attacks against Israel. The Saudis have provided additional weapons to the pro-western Lebanese National Army. Civil war there is a concern because of the impasse on electing a Lebanese President continues to fester as it is stoked by Syrian directed forces.

Iranian Oil Exchange in Tehran Designed to Disrupt Western Financial System

The Iranian Oil Exchange is now officially open, trading only in "spot,"contracts rather than "futures contracts " of petro-chemicals. This limitation requires immediate payment and delivery of the physical product, so the initial contracts will be minute relative to other world markets. The purpose of the new exchange is to trade oil in futures contracts just like the major exchanges in London and the US with one major exception.....they will not accept dollars as payment for oil traded on the Iranian Oil Exchange; only Euros, Yen, Russian Rubles and other major world currencies. The purpose of the new exchange is to undermine the US dollar and destabilize the financial systems of the West.

PRAY THAT THE IRANIAN OIL EXCHANGE WILL BE SHUT DOWN OR ALLOW TRADES IN US DOLLARS.

IRAQ -The Battle for Mosul-Al Qaeda's Last Iraq Stand in Nineveh Capital - On January 25, 2008, five US soldiers were killed in Mosul in a combined roadside bomb-small arms attack, Since then, top US commanders in northern Iraq predicted Tuesday, Jan. 29, that the battle to oust al Qaeda from its last urban stronghold in Iraq will be "a grinding campaign." That campaign began with Operation Python Phantom to crush al Qaeda forces in the Nineveh province of northern Iraq. More than 5,000 US troops of the 3rd Armored Cavalry plus additional units and 18,000 Iraqi men of the 3rd Division based on Kurdish fighters are taking part.

Pakistan - Urgent Prayer Needed For Stable Central Government

Elections held on February 18 resulted in a stalemate for both parties trying to unseat President Pervez Musharraf. That result has led to an ironic result wherein both parties may be seeking an accommodation with President Musharraf, under which he would lead the nation in coalition with either of them. More recent reports February 25 said that President Musharraf might leave within days, because three of the main parties who triumphed in last week's elections announced they would form a coalition government together, and would reinstate the country's chief justice and 60 other judges sacked by Mr Musharraf in November.

PRAY FOR RESTORATION OF A STRONG CENTRAL GOVERNMENT IN PAKISTAN AND AGAINST FURTHER ADVANCES BY TERRORISTS IN THAT NATION IN THE ARMY OR IN THE ACQUISITION OF TERRITORY.

-That there will be no premature escalation of an Ezekiel 38 war in the Middle East, but that all developments remain in accordance with the perfect timing of God.

- Disruption of Iranian and Syrian development of nuclear weapons, including dirty bombs mounted on long range missiles,

- Frustration of Syrian and Iranian war preparations against Israel and Lebanon,

- Defeat of rocket fire and arms smuggling in the Gaza Strip aimed at Israel,

- Protection and success of US and Iraqi troops in Operation Surge. Discernment, direction, and peace for the military and civilian staff officers in the Pentagon who are managing the war effort and shaping the decisions of senior leaders.

- Disruption of weapons networks from Syria and Iran smuggling IEDs and EVPs responsible for over 75% of US casualties, and
